1. Booking Terms
All taxi bookings are subject to availability. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or WhatsApp.
2. Payment Terms
Payments are to be made directly to the driver at the end of the journey. For advance bookings, a partial deposit may be required. All fares are fixed and transparent with no hidden charges.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your booking at any time. For cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup, there is no charge. Cancellations within 2 hours may incur a nominal fee.
4. Airport Transfer Terms
Our airport transfer service includes 45 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Additional waiting time is charged at the standard hourly rate. We monitor flight schedules and adjust pickup times for delays at no extra cost.
5. Local Rental Packages
Local rental packages (4hr/40km, 8hr/80km, 10hr/100km) include fuel and driver charges. Extra kilometers beyond the package limit are charged at the standard rate. Overtime charges apply for extensions beyond the booked duration.
6. Outstation Travel
Outstation trips include fuel, driver allowance, and toll charges. Night driving (between 10 PM and 5 AM) may attract additional charges. The driver will stay with the vehicle throughout the journey.
7. Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to maintain decorum during the journey. Smoking and consumption of alcohol inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any damage to the vehicle will be charged to the passenger.
8. Luggage Policy
Passengers may carry luggage within the vehicle's capacity. Oversized luggage (surfboards, large suitcases) should be declared at the time of booking. We are not responsible for loss or damage to luggage.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide reliable service, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the fare amount for the affected journey.
